Colibri del Mar is a Costa Rica Corporation created by two Americans to provide an economical
and comfortable place to stay in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Sunset Hill is a new 12 unit condominium located on the side of a hill within walking
distance of this Costa Rica beach, downtown Tamarindo and with a breathtaking Pacific view of Costa Rica surf.
Robert Brown, the President, is retired IBM engineer and is married to a native of Costa Rica. Together they
have a young daughter. He speaks fluent Spanish and spends his time between Florida and San Jose, Costa Rica. He is in the process of building
a permanent residence outside San Jose and plans to relocate his family there within the next few years.

Chris Bunker, Treasurer, is also
a retired IBM engineer and currently an Engineering
Consultant living in Florida with his wife. They are
also frequent visitors to Tamarindo.
Together they have been touring Costa Rica for several years and decided to create a memorable Costa Rica vacation rental so more "Norte Americanos" can discover and enjoy the friendly people and
easy lifestyle of Tamarindo.
